Prices advertised are cash prices. E-transfer is accepted and is subject to sales tax. If using shipping through a third party shipper, cash is not accepted.

Each piece is carefully refurbished, which not only makes the furniture in excellent condition, but also takes time and consumes (often expensive) materials. Considering the amount of labour and supplies put into each piece, I have priced them as low as I can while still being able to turn a profit. A typical piece takes 1-2 weeks to complete. As a business, I also need to consider taxes, advertising, storage, and larger vehicle expenses. If you search for refurbished dressers on Etsy (which is the go-to spot for refurbished furniture), you will see comparable items for sale typically for much higher prices. Local professional furniture artists list comparable items on Kijiji and ask similar prices. When comparing prices, it is important to compare refurbished quality furniture with other refurbished quality furniture, not with used, non-refurbished furniture, or with poorly refurbished furniture that was rushed or done with improper techniques. It's the old apples to oranges. 

Yes. If you are close enough to London, Ontario that we can drive there and back in one day, it can be delivered by me or a family member for the price of gas. One person will be needed on your end to help unload. If you are further than that, I can ship it to you. Depending on the size of the item, I will use All Canada Van Lines, Purolator, or Canada Post. Please contact for a shipping quote, which will be sent quickly. 

You can inspect the item before paying in the event of a pick up or delivery (not with shipping). If you are not happy with it, there is no obligation to proceed with the purchase. However, out of respect to my time, and in an effort to weed out window shoppers, I do not accommodate viewings for people who are not prepared to buy the item. If coming to my home, please come prepared with a payment method and vehicle large enough to transport the item. If you need more information before making a decision, please feel free to reach out.

It depends on the shipper. Canada Post and All Canada Van Lines offer both. Purolator offers lost protection only. I will refund you the full amount that I am able to get in the event of a claim, as soon as I get it. You may need to show photos of the damage.
